I have an extensive background in sport and have had the honour of representing my country in both Athletics and Rowing before turning my attention to Crossfit, as a coach, trainer and competitor.
I attended at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff from 1997 - 2002 where I attained a degree in sports science and a masters degree in sports psychology.
I have competed in Crossfit individually and in pairs/teams for a number of years and continue to do so now as a Master in the 40+ category. I have also completed my Crossfit level 1 and 2 training courses which have enhanced my knowledge and skills further and allow me to pass on this knowledge and techniques to my clients, enabling me to not only train them but educate them. To be able to train themselves.
I have recently resigned from the Police after taking a 5 year career break as a Police Officer to concentrate on training others full time on a one to one basis, in groups and as well as a Crossfit Coach at Unit15 Crossfit in Barry.
This change in career from the Police Service was prompted by an opportunity to appear as an Amazonian Warrior in the 2017 Warner Brothers Wonder Woman and Justice League movies and more recently Wonder Woman 1984 which was released in 2020.
